Creating/Changing/Deleting Replenishment Proposals Manually You can create, change or delete replenishment proposals in the supply-to-production table manually.
You are in the supply-to-production table (transaction S2L).
Select a supply segment and choose
.
The existing planning elements are displayed in the
List of planning elements.
In the list of planning elements choose
.
The new replenishment proposal appears with the fixing indicator (
). If a planning element already exists and you place the cursor on this planning element (a requirement, for example) and then create a new replenishment proposal, the system copies the date and time of the planning element in question.
Enter the quantity.
The system rounds the entered quantity according to the base unit of measure .
If necessary, change the proposed
effective time
and
the effective date.
You are in the supply-to-production table (transaction S2L).
Select the supply segment you want to change and choose
.
In the list of planning elements, the system displays the fields,
Effective date, Effective time
and
Quantity
as input fields.
Make the necessary changes.
The changed replenishment proposal appears with the fixing indicator (
).
Note
To delete a replenishment proposal completely, choose
. Note that you can only delete replenishment proposals. If your replenishment proposals have been saved and have also been saved as summarized JIT calls, then they can no longer be deleted in
automatic supply-to-production.

The replenishment proposals you created or changed are included in the missing quantities calculation. The system adjusts the status of the supply segment. The corresponding replenishment elements are created when you save your data.
